By placing an order on Aztec Shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both parties and establish clear expectations regarding our services.

General

While we strive to maintain accurate stock availability, there may be instances of stock discrepancies where we are unable to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will contact you to offer the option of waiting for the out-of-stock item to be restocked or providing a voucher.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of the items in your order. The payment for shipping costs will be collected at the time of purchase, and this amount will be the final shipping cost for your order.

Returns

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy, which can be found at the bottom of the page, for detailed information on our return conditions.

Shipping Conditions

In general, orders shipped to foreign countries may take up to 4 weeks in transit. However, there may be exceptional cases where the shipping time could be longer, reaching up to 20 days. This variation depends on the type of delivery selected and the suppliers associated with the items in your order.

Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that there is a 24-hour window for modifying the delivery address.

Our team contacts the storage locations of the items from Monday to Friday during regular business hours, excluding national holidays when shipping operations are not activated.

For Aztec Shop orders, the maximum shipping time is 5 business days, although orders are often shipped before that timeframe. However, during peak periods, delivery may take up to 2-4 weeks.

It is important to differentiate between shipping and delivery. Shipping refers to the action of sending the items, while delivery is the process of transporting and ensuring their arrival at the designated address.

In exceptional cases, the delivery time can extend up to 5 weeks (2 business days for order processing, 5 business days for shipping, and 4 weeks for delivery). While such cases are rare, Aztec Shop wants to inform you in advance to prevent any inconvenience. If your order confirmation email was received 5 weeks ago or more, please reply to that email or contact us at [email protected].

To expedite the processing of your email, please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Email address used for the order
  • Last name
  • First name
  • Order content (approximate details)
  • Order date

When emailing [email protected], we recommend using “Delivery Time – Your Order Number” as the subject line. For example, “Delivery Time – 125698”.

Our dedicated customer service team will respond to your email within 24 business hours to address your situation.

Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change the delivery address, we can accommodate this request before the order is shipped.

Shipping to P.O. Box

Aztec Shop currently ships to P.O. Box addresses using the Postal Service. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations at this time.

Shipping to Military Addresses

We can deliver to military addresses through the USPS. However, courier services are not available for this type of delivery.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is backordered, we will contact you to inquire whether you would like to wait for the restocking or prefer to receive a gift certificate. The value of the gift certificate will exceed the amount of your original order.

Exceeding the Delivery Time

If the delivery time has been exceeded, please contact us at [email protected], and we will assist you accordingly.

Follow-Up Notifications

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates provided by the shipping service provider.

Damaged Packages in Transit

If you notice that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the delivery if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered in your absence, please reach out to Aztec Shop’s dedicated customer service staff at [email protected].

Duties and Taxes

  • Sales Tax: The price of the goods listed on Aztec Shop already includes sales tax.
  • Import Duties and Taxes: For international shipments, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. It is essential to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to Aztec Shop at your expense. A refund for the value of the goods, minus the return shipping cost, will be issued. The original shipment cost will not be refunded.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order on Aztec Shop before receiving it, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, please refer to our refund policy at the bottom of the page.

Insurance

Packages are insured against damage and loss up to the declared value by the carrier. Loss is acknowledged when confirmed by the postal service. A delivery confirmed by the postal service is considered valid. While Aztec Shop aims to provide the best service possible, we have encountered instances of dishonest claims regarding non-delivery. Hence, we rely on the confirmation from the postal service. However, we will do our best to accommodate you by resending the items at our expense or providing a gift certificate with a value higher than your original order.

Process for Damaged Packages in Transit

Refunds or replacements will be issued according to our Return and Refund Policy linked at the bottom of the page.

Process for Lost Packages in Transit

If the postal service confirms a loss in transit, Aztec Shop will make every effort to satisfy you by resending the items at our expense or providing a gift certificate with a value higher than your original order.
